Machining of a two axis head with fork structure for heavy 5-axis machine

Our customer is an Italian manufacturer of heads and Torque motors. First roughing and finishing on multi-pallet machining center, then fine finishing on Dixi machine in a temperature controlled room to meet the required centesimal tolerances. The report shows millesimal deviation on flatness, perpendicularity and parallelism.
